Hutchison's is professional Gas Safe Registered Central Heating and Plumbing company based in Faversham, serving Faversham, Sittingbourne, City of Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay and everywhere in between.
I specialise in heating and hot water fault diagnosis, plumbing repairs, preventative regular gas appliance servicing and maintenance for home owners and landlords. I also carry out energy efficient boiler replacements, system power flushing, unvented hot water cylinders, full system installations and a wide range of system upgrade work including magnetic system filters, limescale reducers and SMART room thermostats and controls.
I am fully trained to NVQ Level 3 in Gas Mechanical Engineering at a British Gas college, and with over 25 years experience working within British Gas Engineering you can be assured that you will receive the highest customer service, and I will take care of your home like it is my own.

Modern boilers are more efficient for several reasons, but their main advantage is that they are all condensing boilers. A condensing boiler has a larger heat exchanger, so it recovers more heat, sends cooler gases up the flue and is more efficient, therefore saving you money. I can exchange your boiler for one in the same position or relocate it, I can also fit you a new heating system from scratch, please contact me for a quote.

At some point your boiler, radiators or plumbing will let you down, please get in touch if you need a repair carrying out to get you back up and running. All repairs are charged at an hourly rate plus parts (min charge 1 hour). I will keep you informed about the expected job time required so you can make an informed decision whether to proceed or not.
An annual safety check is required on all gas burning appliances, I can carry out a full performance check on your gas appliances and carry out any cleaning or adjustments required to keep them running safely.

Energy Saving Heating and Hot water Control from Your Smartphone.
A smart thermostat is a device that controls the heating and hot water in your home.
Smart thermostats can be controlled using an app on your smartphone, tablet or Apple Watch.
Smart thermostats essentially link your central heating boiler with your app. This means that as long as you have an internet connection, you can use your smartphone as a remote control for your heating – and control it from wherever you are.
Some can even be controlled with your voice.
